![]() | Multicultural Mental Health Australia (MMHA) is the peak body delivering policy and resources to identify and address the mental health needs of multicultural Australia. MMHA partners with mental health specialists, services, advocacy groups and tertiary institutions across the country to implement strategic projects and develop invaluable resources that actively promote the mental wellbeing of Australia's diverse communities. MMHA stays connected with people from diverse backgrounds who are affected by mental illness through focus and reference groups and by keeping them and the general public up to date with pertinent multicultural mental health information. MMHA is funded under the National Mental Health Strategy and National Suicide Prevention Strategy by the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing.
