Topics covered in Taster Courses are Mental Health First Aid, Mental Wellness, Bipolor Disorder, Depression, Anxiety and Self Care for Carers. A dramatic piece on Mental Illness and Mental Well-Being will be presented by young people for young people. Lots of stallholders from various mental health-related services and support groups will be providing information.
