A seminar/conference day aimed at nurses,community mental health workers (clinical and non-clinical)and community and aged care workers on managing clients with diabetes and mental illness co-morbidity
Diabetes & mental illness provide complex challenges for individuals that impact on health and longevity.
When these occur together the effects can be profound unless effective management of both occurs.
This seminar/conference aims to advise on the barriers to and solutions for effective health outcome for people living in the community with this comorbidity.
