Co.As.It.is holding an event at Casa D'Italia in Sydney on Wednesday 8 October for Mental Health Week 2008.
The theme is "Building Resilience".
Several short workshops based around theme will be run concurrently.
The workshops will be repeated after lunch to give participants the opportunity to attend two of the workshops.
The workshops include:
- story telling
- relaxation and gentle exercise
- tie-dying (creative/art as therapy)
- exercises for the mind (CBT strategies, prevention of dementia)
