The Mental Health Association has been busy gearing up for the launch of Mental Health week in Sydney.
The Mental Health Association wishes to invite you to attend their special event on Wednesday October 8 from 12-2pm at Martin Place, Sydney.
The launch will be hosted by celebrity, Julie McCrossin and will also feature a living library, information stalls, inspiring and amusing mental health speakers, a presentation of the Mental Health Matters Awards and other activities to keep you occupied all lunchtime long.
You do not need to RSVP for this event.
The Mental Health Association has also produced Mental Health Week information kits. These feature facts sheets and a Powerpoint Presentation about this year's theme of "Building Resilience".
