The Naming the Truth About Violence Conference will look at the violence women and children experience on this planet at the hands of men. This includes abuse of all kinds—verbal, emotional, physical and sexual. It includes sex trafficking and prostitution. It includes poverty, lack of services, pornography, the media and advertising, discrimination, trivialization, cosmetic surgery. We will not get bogged down with the exceptions or the causes.
