Project Objective

The objective of this survey is to:

v      Improve communication with GPs

v      Identify the service or resource gaps in relation to CALD mental health needs

v      Assess how MMHA can assist GPs

To enable us to provide you with the support you need, it would be greatly appreciated if you could please take a few moments to complete the following questionnaire. Your responses will ensure that there are adequate resources and training to assist you in working with mental health issues with CALD communities. If you would find it useful, a report documenting the findings and recommendations can be forwarded to you at the conclusion of the project.
