Mental Health Plan a great opportunity, but we must not blow it

HISTORIC opportunities, by definition, don't come around very often. But one is in front of us now. The Council of Australian Governments (COAG) meeting last week gives us an opportunity to fix Australia's mental health crisis, but the next three months are critical if we are to see real action to overcome past failures.
