New Resource for the Mental Health Sector

The Mental Health Coordinating Council of NSW has produced a workforce development guide as a response for a more strategic and coordinated approach to the growing community mental health sector.

This guide will help community organisations to use the principles of recovery and work effectively with consumers and carers to achieve these outcomes.

It elaborates a nine key workforce pathways that organisations might consider in their goal of achieving a recovery-oriented organisations.
