Workshops on the Foundations of Mental Health Work

The New South Wales Institute of Psychiatry is offering a new workshop series developed for community workers.

Foundations of Mental Health Work comprises 3 introductory 1- day workshops designed to assist community workers in their increasingly important role in providing services to people with mental health problems.

The workshops will address a range of current issues and critically analyse some key concepts in mental health.

Workshop dates:

COM005: Mental Health Literacy Workshop - 24 February 2009

COM006: Mental Health Risk Assessment & Crisis Management Workshop - 28 April 2009

COM007: Supporting Recovery from Mental Illness Workshop - 16 June 2009

Early Bird Fee per day: $60 (GST inclusive)

Full Fee per day: $80 (GST inclusive)
