You are Not Alone: Emotional Health for Mothers DVD

The DVD is available in three versions Iraqi (Arabic), Ethiopian (Amharic) and Sudanese (Dinka). They provide an overview of the experience of perinatal depression from the perspective of women from each of the communities and include information on symptoms, risk factors, treatment and accessing pathways to care.

The DVDs aim to:

  • Raise awareness of perinatal mental health issues amongst women and their families, and
  • Provide opportunity for discussion with mothers and their families.

The DVDs are free within WA and cost $25 each for interstate organisations.

Each of the DVDs can be viewed in full on the consumer website.
